Order and download help
A successful Stripe payment returns you to the secure order-complete page, where the PDFs and licence certificates are prepared for immediate download. Each set of download links is valid for seven days.
If a link has expired, first refresh or reopen the original order-complete page. The website can verify the payment again and prepare current links. If you no longer have that page, or the files still do not appear, email ibcyouth26@gmail.com from the address used at Stripe checkout.
Include the purchaser name, receipt or checkout reference if available, the month or bundle purchased, the licence tier and any error message. Never send a full card number or password by email.
What you can ask about
- File access
- Missing, expired, corrupted or incorrect PDF and licence-certificate downloads.
- Licences
- Questions about one-reader personal use, up to 15 youth-group printed copies, up to 50 church printed copies, or a use beyond those limits.
- Payments
- A duplicate payment, checkout problem or a request covered by the refund policy.
- Reviews
- A request about a public review, including correction or removal. Include the display name and enough review text to identify it.
- Privacy
- A question or request about information described in the privacy policy.
Before you email
- Use the same email address as the order when asking for purchase help.
- Keep the Stripe receipt, order-complete address and downloaded licence certificate for your records.
- Describe the outcome you need and include the exact wording of any error.
- Do not put order details, payment information or other private information in a public review.
Email is not guaranteed to be immediate or completely secure. Messages are handled through the email providers involved, so send only the information needed to resolve the enquiry.
