Digital delivery and change of mind
Each order is for one or more downloadable PDF booklets, not a physical product. After Stripe confirms payment, the website prepares the licensed files and makes them available immediately on the order-complete page.
Because access to a digital product is provided straight away, a refund is not generally offered for a change of mind after download access has been made available. A request can still be considered on its facts, and this general position never overrides rights or remedies that apply under law.
When to contact us
Please ask for help if:
- you appear to have been charged twice for the same order;
- the file delivered is not the month or licence shown in the paid order;
- a PDF is corrupted, incomplete or cannot be opened after downloading it again;
- payment completed but the order-complete page did not provide access;
- the product is materially different from its description; or
- you believe another legal right or remedy applies to the purchase.
A working replacement file or restored download access may resolve a delivery problem. If it does not, the appropriate remedy—including a refund where required or agreed—will depend on the issue and the law that applies.
Recover a download first
Download links are issued for seven days. If you still have the secure order-complete page, refresh or reopen it so the website can verify the Stripe payment and prepare current links. If the page is unavailable or the problem remains, email ibcyouth26@gmail.com from the address used at checkout.
For safe order verification, include:
- the purchaser name and email address used with Stripe;
- the Stripe receipt or checkout reference, if available;
- the month, bundle and licence involved; and
- a short description of the problem, including any error message.
Do not email a full card number, password or other sensitive payment credentials.
How a request is handled
Requests are reviewed using the Stripe payment record, the items and licence purchased, the reported delivery or file problem, and any relevant technical information you provide. More information may be needed to verify the order or diagnose a file problem. No outcome is guaranteed where the law does not require a particular remedy.
If a refund is approved, it will ordinarily be submitted through Stripe to the original payment method. The time for funds to appear is then controlled by Stripe, the card network and the customer's bank.

Email ibcyouth26@gmail.com with the order details and requested resolution. There is no need to publish payment or personal information in a website review.
