Agreement and who may purchase
By using this website or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase.
If you are not legally able to enter into a purchase where you live, ask a parent or guardian to make the purchase. A person buying for a youth group, church or other organisation confirms that they are authorised to choose a licence for that organisation.
Digital products and delivery
The products are A5-format devotional booklets supplied as PDF files. A purchase may cover one monthly booklet, selected monthly booklets or the complete 12-month collection, depending on the option shown in the cart.
After Stripe confirms a successful payment, the website returns you to the secure order-complete page and prepares the purchased PDFs and separate licence certificates for immediate download. Each booklet identifies the purchaser, licence tier, copying allowance and a unique licence code.
Download links created on that page expire seven days after they are issued. Keep the completion page open until the files have downloaded. If a link expires, first refresh or reopen the original order-complete page so the payment can be checked again. If you cannot recover access, email ibcyouth26@gmail.com from the address used at checkout with the Stripe receipt details.
Print licences
The PDF remains protected by copyright. Buying it gives you a limited right to use and print it under the selected licence; it does not transfer ownership of the content.
| Licence | What it allows |
|---|---|
| Personal | Use by one reader and one printed copy. |
| Youth Group | Up to 15 printed copies for the licensed youth-group use. |
| Church | Up to 50 printed copies for the licensed church use. |
You must not resell a PDF, upload it to a public or shared website, remove its purchaser or licence information, claim the content as your own, or distribute more printed copies than the purchased tier allows. The source PDF must not be passed to others as a substitute for permitted printed copies. For a use beyond these limits, ask about an appropriate licence before sharing or printing.
Prices and payment
Secure payment is processed by Stripe. The amount charged at checkout is in New Zealand dollars (NZD), including where the website displays an estimated amount in another currency. Your bank or card provider may use its own exchange rate or charge fees.
Prices, bundles and regional discounts can change for future purchases. The server checks the current applicable NZD total before opening checkout. A purchase is complete only after Stripe reports the payment as paid and the order as complete.
Refunds and faulty files
Digital products are delivered as soon as payment is confirmed, so change-of-mind refunds are not generally offered once download access has been provided. This does not remove any guarantee, remedy or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. The refund policy explains how to report a duplicate charge, wrong or inaccessible file, or another problem.
Content and responsible use
The devotionals provide Christian teaching, reflection prompts and general encouragement. They do not promise a particular personal, educational or spiritual result and are not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial or safeguarding advice. Seek appropriately qualified help for those needs.
You may link to the public website and share information about the products, provided you do not misrepresent an affiliation, endorsement, price or licence. Do not interfere with the website, try to bypass secure download controls, submit unlawful material or use the site in a way that harms others.
Availability and changes
The website may occasionally be unavailable or contain an error. Product descriptions, previews and files may be corrected or updated. No uninterrupted availability is promised, but a paid customer who cannot access a purchased file can request order help using the contact details below.
These terms may be updated for future use of the website. The version applying when an order is placed will not remove mandatory rights that applied to that order.
Mandatory rights and contact
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Questions about an order, licence or these terms can be sent to ibcyouth26@gmail.com.
