About this devotional

A month of faith shaped around understanding Scripture.

New Year, New Words devotes 31 days to Understanding Scripture. The booklet takes important Christian words and explores the truths they reveal about God, making it a focused choice for teenagers who want to understand the language they meet in Christian faith. The month gives those words a clear place within a daily devotional journey.

The listed subjects show the scope of the approach: “Trinity,” “Intercession (Holy Spirit),” and “Repentance.” Each term opens a different area of Christian understanding, from who God is to the work of the Holy Spirit and the meaning of turning back. By gathering these words within one monthly theme, the booklet helps readers pay attention to both the terms and the truths behind them.

Use the seven-page preview to inspect the contents and a sample reflection before choosing this Scripture-understanding theme.
